About paediatric osteopathy

Watching your child grow brings joy — but also worries and questions. That’s where we come in.

Rachel’s paediatric osteopathy service offers gentle, hands-on care for children of all ages, from newborns to teens, supporting healthy development and easing everyday discomfort.

We help with things like:

  • Pre-natal and post-partum for mum
  • Feeding difficulties and latch issues in babies
  • Colic, wind, and tummy troubles
  • Unsettled sleep and fussiness
  • Torticollis and flat head shape
  • Recovery after a difficult birth (including C-section)
  • Bumps, falls and minor injuries
  • Postural concerns and clumsiness
  • Growing pains, Osgood Schlatter's and headaches
  • Sports injuries in older children and teens
  • Aches from school bags, desks or screen time

Every child is different, so every visit is calm, gentle, and unhurried — with time to really listen to you and your little one.
