Massage is a proven approach to recovery after exercise, so if you’re feeling sore from that round of golf or a heavy afternoon of DIY or gardening, come and see our massage therapists to help you relax and recover from your exertions!.

We also offer exercise-based rehabilitation and strength and conditioning coaching for clients who are trying to recover or improve their physical capabilities. The science is clear that strength training is one of the most effective ways to fight the onset of aging so this is a service we highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape or stay mobile.
