Our approach

We opened Olton Health & Performance in 2014 with a simple idea: most musculoskeletal problems get better, and the patient's job is to get on with their life — not visit us forever.

That belief shapes everything we do. We screen carefully at the first visit. We tell you honestly whether we think we can help — if we can't, that visit is free. We treat for as long as you actually need treatment, and not a session longer.
