Osteopathy in Solihull

Evidence-led osteopathy in Solihull. Our osteopaths use manual techniques, mobilisation and tailored rehab to settle pain and restore movement — without keeping you longer than you need.

About osteopathy

Osteopaths provide safe, effective treatment and care that aims to promote the health of patients. Using manual therapy, advice and exercise tailored to the needs of the individual, osteopaths treat people of all ages, from babies to the elderly.

As highly trained healthcare professionals, osteopaths are experts in the musculoskeletal (MSK) system – that is the bones, joints and muscles and their relationship with other systems in the body. Rosi and Rachel use a combination of manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation and stretching, together with advice and exercise rehabilitation.

People who visit an osteopath consistently report high satisfaction with the care they receive, expressing high confidence in the treatment and advice of their osteopath, with rates in excess of 90% for both satisfaction and trust. Osteopaths are allied health professionals who work together with other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's care including physiotherapists, GPs, consultants, nurses or midwives.

Conditions we can treat include:

  • Sciatica / lower back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Joint Pain (hips, elbows, ankles, shoulders)
  • Sport- or work-specific complaints

Pain presenting in one area can often be caused by things going on elsewhere in the body. All of our treatments are tailored so that they're right for the person we're treating. Our initial consultation allows us to get to know you and to talk in detail about your symptoms, your health and your goals so that we can treat you as an individual and not just a diagnosis or set of test results.
